SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Project management skills; demonstrated experience in planning and executing deadline-driven initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid working knowledge of talent development principles and practices, along with professional experience in one or more HR functional areas (e.g. Generalist, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Organization Development). Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2 years of Cornerstone experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong team player and able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
  • Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Working knowledge of relevant technical content.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter.
  • Interest in learning, including instructional design and facilitation.
  • Experience with e-learning development applications preferred (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects for RTR and MIS business initiatives involving training.
  • Define projects, determine resource needs, lead project planning & execution, track and ensure quality deliverables, motivate project team.
  • Work closely with colleagues in RTR group to create targeted skill-based training curriculum for analysts at all levels within MIS.
  • Drive collaboration with external vendors and internal SMEs to create fit-for-purpose training programs (via e-learning or facilitator-led).
  • Support decision-making; effectively analyze business drivers and constraints, and present alternative solutions to address problems and opportunities.
  • Leverage relationships with line of business leaders and other key stakeholders to verify alignment of business and training goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions, as necessary, supporting global executive of RTR and MIS training initiatives.
  • Support RTR operations and logistics, including course scheduling, communications, and administration (via Learning Management System).
