A unique, full-time opportunity. Open for a limited time. The Learning Estate by Nawy is opening an internal pathway for aspiring Training Specialists. For those who are curious, people-oriented, and eager to turn learning into impact. As a Training Specialist, you’ll spend 70% of your time mastering how to deliver powerful, interactive learning experiences across real estate, soft skills, and business skills programs. Over time, you’ll expand into learning design (30%), co-creating content and tools that shape the future of how real estate is taught at Nawy. Previous training or facilitation experience is a plus but not required. And this is what you will do: ● Deliver high-energy, interactive learning sessions across real estate technical, soft skills, and business skills programs. ● Co-facilitate experiential workshops, simulations, and role plays. ● Support content development, feedback collection, and continuous program improvement. ● Collaborate with internal and external senior trainers, designers, business stakeholders and leaders, real estate and learning subject matter experts. Here’s what makes a successful applicant for the Training Specialist role. ▪ General Professional Experience: Nawy experience min. 6 months. Prior training experience and/ or real estate sales experience is a plus. ▪ Tech Experience: MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel): ability to prepare presentations, simple reports, and track data. Basic digital design tools (e.g., Canva): ability to create visually clear and learner-friendly training materials. Virtual facilitation platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex): able to schedule sessions, share screens, and manage breakout rooms. Feedback and evaluation tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey): ability to set up and analyze simple feedback forms. AI Tools & Applications: ability to use AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI, or equivalent) for research, content creation, scenario design, and productivity. ▪ Language: Arabic English (Mandatory – C2 Level), Arabic
