WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Identify and develop training needs for personnel in various manufacturing, certification and re-certification tasks and processes through internal stakeholder partnership. Prepare training programs and survey employee training needs, as well as prepare the didactic material and/or arrange the needed resources. Plan, organize, and coordinate all training activities. Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business. Maintain proper training documentation for all employees. Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations. Stays current with technologies and training concepts. This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or 6+ years of manufacturing/operations based training required. 2+ years of experience within operations training required. Exposure to training experience within a manufacturing environment required. Experience in training strategy development and execution and training content development and facilitation. Skilled in full cycle process/project management, planning and change management. Ability to teach and facilitate groups using data for decision making. Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization. Self-directed with excellent attention to detail. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
