ABOUT THE JOB

In October 2025, the Digital Investor Journey (DIJ) program will deploy several new applications:

  • Salesforce CRM as a backoffice system to manage investor contacts.
  • a new Onboarding Journey based on Salesforce Experience Cloud to offer a digital onboarding of new investors.
  • MyOikocredit, an investor selfservice interface also based on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Marketing cloud for marketing purposes.

The DIJ will provide new system applications for investor administration and investor engagement teams in Europe.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor/Master in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in project/training coordination or a similar role (designing training)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • “Hands-on” mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and changing project requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver projects successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

The Training Specialist will be responsible to develop and execute a training concept to make sure that all target groups are identified including their specific training needs to cover all new applications:

Preparation

  • Define target groups: which roles are affected, from which countries, profile of future users (super-users, regular uses, service desks (on demand), others
  • Content: What does each target group need to learn? Which (new) tools need to be included in the training for which staff?
  • Resources: How much time is needed for appropriate training / learning of the new processes and tools? How much time can affected staff spend on training?
  • Approach and methods: Are there preferred ways of learning in the different target groups? Which learning platforms can we easily use?
  • Ongoing training needs for new staff joining Oikocredit later (after 2025).

Creation of training program

  • Define the learning goals, identify sub modules for the different target groups (with their own goals)
  • Identify relevant/appropriate learning methods/steps, which combine different methods (e.g. online/in person/handouts/videos).
  • consolidate approach and methods (time, trainers on- and offline, documentation etc.) and how they can be combined
  • the concept of a training program should follow an established approach for trainings.

Execution of the training

  • Draw a clear timeline in alignment with the concerned team managers (teams need to be made available) and in due time before the Go Live
  • Setup a defined composition and order of the complementary methods/modules.
  • Allocate trainers, rooms, online rooms etc. to the trainings and ensure all material is available
  • Ensure the timely implementation of the training (online, offline) in co-ordination with defined resources and target group managers.
