About the Role

• This is a hands-on role working closely with the Talent Development team to identify training needs, deliver relevant learning, and help employees apply their learning in the workplace.The Training Specialist will support the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes, create engaging learning materials, and provide insights on training needs and effectiveness. The role will also support new joiner onboarding and the planning and delivery of product, brand and supplier training across Sanipex Group.
