ADULT EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge of adult education theories, principles and practices
· Experience facilitating adult learning programs using a variety of learning delivery methods.
TRAINING SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE
· Leading and conducting training needs assessment, identifying the needs of all stakeholders.
· Designing a comprehensive curriculum for the training initiative, including all necessary training resources.
· Developing training materials for all end-users, including guides, facilitation material, online modules, etc.
· Conducting evaluation of training initiative to determine required supports for continuous learning.
· Planning and project management methodologies to conduct training programs design and development projects
· Monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting regularly to I&IT management and clients’ decision makers.
BUSINESS & IT KNOWLEDGE
· Highly proficient with the use of e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems and MS Office to prepare training materials.
· Knowledge and experience with the following: Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System, Service Design Playbook, OPS Change Management practices
· Knowledge and experience with the following Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
