(Saudi National Only) Grade: 5 Location: RIYADH Working hours: full time Advert closing: 14/12/2025 Responsibilities Plans and organizes facilities in individual and unit training requirements  Assists operating officials in developing and conducting effective OJT in various Specialty training programs.  Plans and organizes training programs.  Maintains liaison with technical training centres/ Directorate of Air Training (DAT) in Support of EWC`s qualification training and OJT.  Evaluate and recommends actions to improve effectiveness of OJT in all specialities.  Supervises the preparation and maintenance of OJT and qualification training records and Reporting systems.  Evaluates OJT and recommends actions to correct training deficiencies.  Provides OJT advisory serviced sections.  Develops training procedures and evaluation methods in support of operational requirements.  Coordinates training activities.  Monitoring and assessment of contractor team member’s training skills and knowledge.  Maintain the EWC AFSC`s Consolidated Training Record.  Develop EW Training Management Plans.  Deliver OJT in training delivery to the RSAF. Develop and maintain training processes and procedures.  Manage and maintain training processes and procedures for the STS.  In addition, the post is to carry out any further functions requested by the RSAF training. Job Requirements: The job holder must have one of the following: a. University graduate in Training field with 5 years prior experience in RSAF Training b. Skill level 9 in related field with 5 years prior experience Training. c. Skill leave 7 in EW with 10 years prior experience Training. 2. Proficiency in Computer applications.
