This role comes under our Five Guys umbrella, and we are seeking to hire a Training Supervisor to lead the delivery of store-level training programs that build employee capability, drive operational excellence, and support career progression—ensuring alignment with Five Guys’ brand standards and business goals Note - Candidates must have a car and a driving license for this role. Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing training programs aligned with brand and organizational goals. Focus on station/store-level training under the supervision of the Training Manager. Overseeing training operations by managing training schedules, resources, and facilitators. Ensuring training quality and relevance, aligning content with business needs and compliance standards. Supporting employee development, helping staff build skills for current roles and future growth. Ensure employees adherence to UAE localization policies and targets through effective training and monitoring. Complete HR operational requirements by tracking training outcomes, ensuring timely follow ups and maintaining accurate documentation. Track training outcomes and assess effectiveness using KPI’s and ROI metrics periodically. Provide hands-on training and support in stores as needed Recommend and implement data-driven enhancement programs Gather feedback from trainees and managers to identify areas for improvement Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
