WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE:

We’re looking for an energetic Training Support Center Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for new applicants to our DWD Scholar Program. You’ll support them with navigating the intake process, accessing essential resources, and taking their first steps toward a brighter future. You’ll also assist with events, graduations, and community outreach, all while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals who aspire to start a career in healthcare, while also helping to address the severe healthcare workforce shortage and improve the lives of seniors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Welcome and guide new applicants through the intake process for an assigned caseload of DWD Scholar applicants
• Engage with prospective participants to determine eligibility and gather required documentation
• Use Salesforce to log applicant interactions, outreach, and any barriers to success
• Assist Scholars with essential supports such as Lyft passes, gas cards, scrub vouchers, and more
• Support graduations, class visits, and community events
• Collaborate with a diverse, missiondriven team to deliver wraparound services and resources
