Position Summary The Training & Support Manager, Reservation Systems & Project Integration supports onboarding for new opening and conversion hotels, ensuring operational readiness for go-live through standardized processes and strong cross-functional coordination. The role contributes to successful hotel openings by maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and alignment across projects, while supporting adoption of Marriott’s reservations platforms in line with the Power of M strategy. Acting as a trusted partner to hotel teams and internal stakeholders, the role drives alignment, mitigates risks, and supports consistent delivery of solutions in a dynamic, project-driven environment.   Scope Location: London, Dubai or Eschborn Travel Requirements: Travel between 50%-70% within EMEA. Role Type: Fixed Term (until December 2026)   Key Responsibilities Training Strategy & Delivery * Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of reservations systems training (EMPOWER, MARSHA, Groups & Inventory) aligned to opening and conversion timelines. * Identify knowledge gaps and implement follow-up action plans to ensure readiness. * Maintain and enhance training programmes and materials to align with evolving systems. Data Management, Audits & Governance * Own and manage data packet loading and audit processes for hotel openings and conversions across EMEA. * Validate property configuration, pricing structures, and rate setups to ensure system readiness. * Track audit completion and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with readiness milestones. Power of M & System Adoption * Champion adoption of Marriott’s future-state reservations platforms and new ways of working. * Act as a change advocate, driving consistent, scalable solutions across openings and conversions. Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Support * Partner with hotel teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and operational readiness. * Support project coordination, communication, and documentation for continent and HQ initiatives.   Candidate Profile – Experience * Strong understanding of hotel operations and reservations systems, with ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. * Experience in training delivery, project coordination, or hotel openings and conversions. * Familiarity with system configuration, data validation, and audit processes.   Skills & Competencies * Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to deliver engaging training sessions. * Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify risks and drive solutions independently. * Stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities to support adoption of new systems and processes.   WHY JOIN MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL?
