On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Training Support (Inside IR35) for a 8 months(potential extension) contract based London (1-3 days per week)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support all training activities, ensuring alignment with the New Joiner Pathway and smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare training materials, including daily slide decks, and assist with assessment marking.
  • Manage training schedules, room bookings, and team meetings, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain the Eligibility Pillar Training file, shared mailbox, and monitor joiner details via the Tracker.
  • Organise annual training events and act as the main point of contact for training-related queries.
  • Monitor and update training documents, notifying Team Leaders of any changes.
