The Training & Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Director of Training & Innovation in executing training programs and providing ongoing support to Bitty & Beau’s Coffee stores — including both brick-and-mortar shops and mobile Coffee Cruisers. This role focuses on supporting training delivery, maintaining brand standards, and providing operational assistance to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in training, hospitality, or retail/food operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office and training tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
