Clearance Required: Secret (SCI Eligible).   Education: High School Diploma.   Experience Required: Demonstrated experience showing ability to support a squadron level Training program. Additionally, demonstrated ability to use PEX, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs. Finally, demonstrated ability to conduct classroom instruction.   Job Summary: Create, update, review, organize, and maintain training records and documentation to verify that squadron personnel and students satisfy training and currency requirements. Administer classes in support of training requirements as directed.   Essential Duties: * Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required by the squadrons. * Evaluate grade books per the applicable AFIs. * Administer classes as required by squadron leadership to include (but not limited to) Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, and Instrument Refresher Course. * Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent), as well as weekly summaries for the DO. * Assist Government personnel in the development of new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training. * Report all MAJCOM training requirements IAW MAJCOM and local guidance. * Ensure grade sheets are filed in the squadron’s directed digital or physical location in a timely manner and signed off by the appropriate personnel, which may include Student, Instructor, Flt/CC, and DO. * Assist determining flight, ground, and simulator requirements for upgrade, initial qualification, requalification, transition, currency, and continuation training based on syllabus requirements. * Perform daily updates of training/exercise program to compensate for changing conditions and training completion rates.   Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
