Description This position is currently open, we are accepting applications. Prevailance is seeking a mission-driven Training Systems Specialist to provide analysis and training system development support to Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Navy training system methodologies and the ability to evaluate training impacts driven by new or evolving combat system capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of training system requirements through review and analysis of Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSPs), Front End Analysis (FEA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) products Assess training needs associated with new system introductions and updates to existing combat system elements across U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) surface platforms Evaluate change recommendations and determine impacts to system readiness, user performance, and training requirements Assist in the development of strategies and documentation supporting the implementation of updated or new training solutions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing Navy training documentation, including NTSPs, training schedules, Planning Process Methodology products, and Navy Enlisted Occupational Classification System (NEOCS) Demonstrated understanding of Navy BCA, FEA, and JDTA processes and their application in curriculum development Experience analyzing capability changes and assessing operational/training impacts for both U.S. Navy and FMS systems Desired Experience with Navy Learning Management Systems such as AIM I / AIM II, CPM, LOM, or LEAD Ability to perform curriculum conversion activities in accordance with NAVEDTRA standards Ability to develop and deliver training within an LMS environment Security Clearance Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance If you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!
