We are currently seeking a Training and Talent Development Specialist, who will play a key role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our training and talents development initiatives. REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and development.
  • Experience with training management platforms and systems (Illuxi) – a distinct asset.
  • Solid experience with Office 365 and instructional design tools.
  • Excellent command of adult learning principles and corporate training management.
  • Proven skills in training project management.
  • Good understanding of the manufacturing/industrial sector and related organizational issues.
  • Bilingualism English, French
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, design, and deploy training programs and projects that meet the current and future needs of our various sites.
  • Implement career development and professional improvement paths.
  • Support onboarding, compliance training, and continuous skills development initiatives.
  • Anticipate development needs and support managers by proposing innovative training solutions.
  • Lead training sessions, facilitate workshops, and create dynamic microlearning experiences.
  • Contribute to and develop the new Illuxi platform, which will host development paths and various training resources.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external suppliers at all stages (design, validation, production), ensuring content accuracy and brand identity compliance.
  • Manage external consultants and partners (contracts, budget, follow-up).
  • Act as a training and development expert within the team, incorporating best practices in the field.
  • Stay abreast of new learning trends and tools and recommend continuous improvements to existing programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with various internal partners.
