The Training & Technical Assistance Manager designs and delivers training for Title X reviewers and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Population Affairs (OPA) grantees, ensuring that materials are accessible and support skill-building for the HHS/OPA Technical Assistance & Logistics contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in adult learning, training, or Technical Assistance center management.
• Strong instructional design and virtual training skills.
• Familiarity with family planning or adolescent health programs.

• Develop training curriculum and materials (in-person/virtual).
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for SMEs.
• Coordinate smaller grantee training sessions.
• Ensure all training products are Section 508 compliant.
