The training coordinator plays a key role in supporting the onboarding process of new blue-collar employees. In close collaboration with the employee’s manager, the training coordinator coordinate the implementation and execution of tailored training plans. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering the continuous development of new team members through effective training initiatives.
In addition to onboarding, the training coordinator is responsible for managing and updating production-related documentation, including work instructions.
A major focus will be the upcoming digitalization of these instructions to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
The training coordinator also ensures that all (re)training activities are properly documented and that the skill matrix is kept up to date.
Furthermore, they are responsible for training employees on new systems, such as Magic and Veeva.
This position reports to the operations manager and is part of the operations team located in Hoegaarden and will be an on-site role.
