Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Associate/Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert advice on M&A transactions, financial restructuring, valuations, and other transaction-related services. As a key player in a fast-paced environment, you will support our clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring that all legal, financial, and operational aspects of the deal are strategically managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • M&A and Transaction Advisory: Assist clients in evaluating, structuring, and executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Due Diligence: Lead and contribute to the due diligence process, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic aspects of target companies.
  • Financial Modelling & Valuations: Develop and review financial models and valuations, providing insight into potential risks, returns, and transaction structures.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Work with clients to structure deals in a tax-efficient manner, providing insights on financing options, terms, and negotiation strategies.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research and market analysis to support client decision-making and identify potential opportunities or risks in transactions.
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering trusted advisory and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Advise clients on local UAE regulations, including economic substance rules, tax laws, and corporate governance related to transactions.
  • Post-Transaction Integration & Strategy: Support clients with post-transaction integration, ensuring the realization of synergies and strategic alignment.
  • Team Collaboration & Training: Mentor junior team members and assist with the development of best practices in transaction advisory services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, ACA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Associate: 2-4 years of experience in transaction advisory, M&A, corporate finance, or a related field (consulting or investment banking background is advantageous).
  • Manager: 4-7 years of experience, including leadership in due diligence, valuations, and deal structuring.
  • Prior experience in the UAE or Middle East region is preferred
