Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transaction Banking Product Manager/AVP to join our team, covering both the HK and Macau regions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing: Manage the accounting opening process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation for the Board of Directors, leveraging knowledge of Account Opening process. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and reliability of financial systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning related to Management Information (MI), deposits, foreign exchange (FX), and fee income products. Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions and drive performance improvements. Monitor sales campaign performance and sales mandates to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Support client acquisition efforts by analysing market trends and identifying potential opportunities for growth. Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Proven expertise in accounting opening, KYC, and board documentation procedures. Strong knowledge of MI, deposit products, FX, and fee income products to assist in strategic initiatives. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies. Background in client acquisition, market analysis, and sales campaign performance monitoring. Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
