Role - Transaction Banking Specialist – Affluent Location – Jaipur Grade - M4/M5 Job Description • To achieve assigned FX revenue budgets of assigned patch • Enhancement of wallet share of existing customer, activation of customer and acquisition of new customer • To support the RMs for assigned patch in acquisition of new to trade clients • Digital activation of current account base by offering CMS solutions & Trade online for Trade Transactions • Acting as focal point to address customer queries related to Trade & Forex + Transaction Banking • To arrange & conduct training on Trade & Forex and CMS products + Transaction Banking • To conduct various NTB events/webinars for origination of TFX & CMS Business

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving FX revenue budgets and increasing wallet share through the acquisition and activation of new and existing customers. Acts as the focal point for Trade, Forex, and CMS queries while conducting training and webinars to drive business growth.
