What we do: Transaction Control is responsible for processing Capital Markets transactions and ensuring both technical and market validations. The scope of instruments we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia).
