You will work with Internal Business partners to provide electronic or physical documentation to support outgoing correspondence and customer research needs. The role also supports management and retrieval of archived documents for the firm. In this role, you will:

  • Complete correspondence processing requests by printing, retrieving, updating, reviewing and mailing of letters, forms, image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions.
  • Complete extensive research to locate and respond to historical customer document retrieval requests using various mainframe systems, databases, and other storage mediums, to efficiently and accurately process business partner requests
