The Candidate should possessMinimum 3 years work experience as a Transactional Quality Auditor/MIS specialist/Quality associate involved in implementation of basic Quality framework elements for a Healthcare/Insurance processes.Expert knowledge in handling Excel and should have flair for reading numbersGood knowledge in preparing power point presentationsAbility to collate data/information from different sources and work on Management Reports without any errorGood communication skills with an ability to present during the routine Quality forumsSkills to perform as an individual player with ability to build rapport with the delivery stakeholders and work along with them.Good knowledge in performing error analysis (RCA) and present insightsWorking knowledge in basic Quality Framework elements like Risk Management/ISO Audits etc would be a good value add skill.
