REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or operations roles within the IT or tech industry.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools and platforms, including Ariba, ISP, SAC Planning, CRM, and MSRC.
Responsibilities
  • Provide purchasing guidance and process purchase orders requests for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations area through the MSRC platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for relevant topics and review cases with the Transaction Services team to ensure process efficiency.
  • Monitor the MSRC Dashboard to ensure timely processing of requests, redistributing Help Requests as needed.
  • Support SAC Access requests and provide purchasing guidance via MSRC.
  • Create and update SAC Line Items to support marketing operations and planning.
  • Address ad-hoc purchasing needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to improve MSRC forms, identifying issues, testing updates, and deploying fixes.
  • Resolve issues by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (GPO, Controlling, OEC, Marketing, etc.).
  • Provide SAC Analytics reporting to guide decision-making and track performance.
