Description

Act as primary operations lead on franchise wide projects that impact NAM Wire Clearing Operations. This would include technology driven projects as well as operations projects to improve efficiency, risk, and controls. Lead projects and manage the resolution of complex and varied issues. Engage with Operations and Technology to resolve issue that can be operational or technological in nature. Serve as a subject matter expert in business, planning and analysis, as well as an analytical and/or procedural expert representing operations on cross function process or project deliverables. Apply and analyze operational processes and best practices to recommend customized business solutions to internal clients. Oversee resource management and allocation of work and advise or coach new or lower level personnel. Drive the operations agenda to deliver on overall Operations & Technology projects and deliver within plan. Work with Product and Technology partners to build and deliver cutting edge digital tools and assist client facing teams with roll out. Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues.
