Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing. Senior Associates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams and providing senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials. Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handle communications with clients, which could include running meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO Regular duties include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and support due diligence engagements Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda Participate meaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings Participate in M&A strategy development discussions Mentor and develop staff Associates WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services Experience working with common ERP and accounting software Experience working with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)
Responsibilities
