Description

Are you ready to build your career in Mergers and Acquisitions? Our Transaction Services team offers buy and sell-side advisory services in conjunction with corporate acquisitions and divestitures, with a focus on financial due diligence where it is key to understand and analyse the target company’s financial results (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows). We are looking for students who are finalising their studies or who have already graduated to join our Transaction Services team as a Trainee in Helsinki.
We would like you to start your Trainee period in the middle of January 2026, lasting four to five months. Our goal is that as many Trainees as possible continue with us also after the Trainee period or after graduating.
As a Trainee, you will assist our professionals in due diligence and client engagements, deepening your knowledge in financial analysis, client deliverables, and M&A processes. You will work as an integral part of the team, gaining a unique start to your career in M&A.
We are a low hierarchy team with a strong team spirit, striving to help and teach our young talents. By joining us, you will work with experts from various fields, network within Deloitte in Finland and globally, and receive support from your own coach for career and personal development.
