Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be transaction support:

  • Drafting and preparing offers, agreements, and real estate documents
  • Submitting offers and ensuring all required forms are completed accurately
  • Tracking deadlines and paperwork to keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Acting as the link between agents, clients, and our admin team to ensure seamless integration

When not working on active transactions, you’ll also contribute to:

  • Client care and follow-up
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Marketing support in partnership with our agents and administrators
  • General office administration as part of a team that supports each other daily
