Description

This role is currently onsite in Dubai, with plans to transition to hybrid in the future. To be considered, candidates should be based in Dubai and have the right to work locally.

EXPERIENCE:



    • Minimum 1+ year in Dubai real estate transaction processing and compliance.

    • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and DLD requirements.
    • Familiarity with Trakheesi, Ejari, Oqood, escrow accounts, and tenancy contracts (preferred).

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:



      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and real estate transaction systems.

      • Strong data entry and document management skills with high accuracy.

      SOFT SKILLS:



        • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with brokers, agents, and legal teams.
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
