Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Transactional Coordinator who is eager to get into the trenches of real estate wholesaling and take charge of managing deals from signed contract to the closing table.
This is NOT a passive, paper-pushing role. You’ll be in the middle of the action — navigating complex situations with sellers, investors, and title companies to make sure every deal gets across the finish line.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of real estate investment, sharpen your problem-solving skills daily, and grow into a critical leader in our company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the transaction process from executed contract to close — making sure no detail falls through the cracks.
  • Work directly with sellers, buyers, agents, and title companies to resolve issues and keep timelines tight.
  • Navigate challenging situations with sellers — keeping them calm, informed, and confident through the process.
  • Anticipate problems before they happen and drive creative solutions to keep deals alive.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Support the acquisitions and dispositions teams by being the glue that holds each transaction together.

  • Starting Pay: $495 per closed file + competitive performance bonuses.
  • Earnings Growth: As you consistently close deals and scale your workload, your per-file income + bonuses will grow into the equivalent of a very strong annual income for a transactional coordinator.
  • Transition: Once you’ve reached that threshold, your compensation will transition into a full-time salary of up to $90,000/year + performance bonuses — giving you both stability and unlimited upside as a key player in our team’s success
