TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE MANAGER | £250 - £300 PER DAY | 9 MONTH INTERIM | HYBRID (2 DAY A WEEK) | MANCHESTER:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Transactional Finance Manager to their busy team on an initial 9-month interim basis. This role offers hybrid working, flexi time, competitive salary and other great benefits.

Duties:

• Manage and lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring all purchase ledger and sales ledger tasks are completed efficiently
• Oversee a transactional finance department of 18 staff, with 2 direct reports
• Responsible for all escalations for supplier queries, customer queries and billing queries
• Monitoring multiple bank balances daily
• Responsible for cash flow forecasting and banking daily
• Raising high volume internal transfers and supporting with process improvements

Experience:

• Experience managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable teams and able to demonstrate excellent management skills
• Experience with high value and high volume transactions
• Excellent organisations skills and great experience with resolving escalations
• Able to work proactively and resolve problem efficiently
