Key Responsibilities:Act as the senior business lead for outsourced transactional finance provider, owning service delivery, governance, SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement plans.
Build and maintain effective third-party relationship, holding partners accountable for contractual commitments, performance standards and delivery of agreed outcomes.
Support and deliver finance system implementations, business integrations and operating model changes, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new ways of working.
Utilise data, insight and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, root causes and efficiencies across transactional finance processes.
