Handle manager-assigned ad-hoc tasks. Analyze information systematically to solve complex problems. Conduct transaction verification. Participate in audits. Effectively manage and resolve complaints and issues. Accurately document and categorize customer interactions and problems in relevant systems. Promptly report emerging and recurring issues. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Educational Levels: Primary/Secondary School (O Level), Higher Secondary ('A Level/Pre-U), Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Highly motivated and results-driven. Capable of working 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule with 6 rest days per month. Familiarity with customer service principles, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, document, and present root causes and corrective actions. Well-versed in Khmer and English.
