YOUR DAY TO DAY

As part of a team dedicated to Private Equity and Real Assets, you will play a central role in the administration of alternative investment funds. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the investor register for funds across private equity, private debt, and real asset strategies
• Preparing and reviewing key investor documentation, such as subscription forms, redemption instructions, share transfer agreements, and contract notes
• Handling capital calls and distributions, including calculations and drafting of investor notices
• Computing equalization and actualization interest amounts
• Conducting and verifying cash reconciliations for fund movements
• Responding to investor and client queries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Coordinating closely with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Compliance, KYC/AML, and Reporting
• Preparing reporting deliverables for investors, fund managers, and third parties including AIFMs, depositaries, and auditors
