We are looking for a full-time Transfer Driver / Warehouse Associate / E-commerce Shipper to join our North Vancouver warehouse Team. This role is five days a week, including weekends.
Note: This is an in-person position based out of North Vancouver. Remote work is not available.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for the snow, skate, and surf lifestyle. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy being part of a team that values both professionalism and community.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid full driver’s license and confident driving larger vehicles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving ability and reliability under pressure.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).

COMPENSATION

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience and expertise.

• Safely operate The Boardroom Sprinter Van to complete product transfers between locations (valid full driver’s license required).
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive, sticker, and restock product.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management.
• Support the online department in meeting shipping deadlines.
