Description
This role is responsible for ensuring transfer pricing (TP) compliance across APAC, including documentation preparation and review, SG&A charge model assessments, controversy support, and risk monitoring. It will also provide support to the global TP operations team and contribute to cross‑regional initiatives. "- Ensure full compliance with TP requirements by preparing and reviewing documentation, such as Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting notifications. - Review Selling, General and Administrative expenses (SG&A) charge models and TP disclosure filings to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. - Support TP controversy cases within the APAC region, including collaboration with internal business stakeholders to clarify issues, collection of required documentation, and liaison with relevant tax authorities. - Assist the global TP operations team with template reviews, global documentation, and other cross‑regional initiatives. - Assist in monitoring TP risks across APAC entities by maintaining, updating and analyzing data in the designated tools and providing preliminary highlights of potential risk areas to management for proactive mitigation. - Stay abreast of developments in APAC tax jurisdictions and global taxation initiatives, such as OECD Amount B and Pillar II. - Utilize digital tools such as Power BI to support data analysis and reporting as well as efficiency and accuracy." Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, or related disciplines. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant TP experience. "- Knowledge and practical experience in TP and international tax regulations. - Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle financial systems and Power BI preferred. - Proficiency in English communication, with the ability to use English as a working language." "- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal and externa stakeholders as well as the cross-region team. - High learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new knowledge, challenges and environments. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously."
