JOB SUMMARY

This Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager (Analyst) is a key member of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (“EMEA”) Entity, Reporting & Tax team.
The primary responsibility of the TP Assistant Manager is to support the Transfer Pricing Manager (TP Manager) in coordinating and managing all aspects of the local Transfer Pricing compliance.
This entails support with the key compliance activities including but limited to meeting local requirements of submission of Informative Returns/Country by Country Notifications and Local Filing and the related planning, market/competition research and subsequent documentation.
The role reports to the TP Manager.
Role Location: London, UK, Eschborn Germany or Cape Town, South Africa.

EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Studies in progress for Accounting and/or Tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CIMA or equivalent) are advantageous, but not essential.

• Demonstrates adequate organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple deliverables.
• Good business process skills, ensuring compliance with existing processes and producing quality results.

• European or Arabic language skills are advantageous, but not essential.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity.
• Interest in Transfer Pricing.

• Self-motivated.
