WHAT YOU WILL NEED



    • Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably from a multinational corporation or a Big 4 accounting firm.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet) is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, documentation requirements, and international tax frameworks.
    • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, including CIT, VAT, and WHT, is an advantage.
    • Excellent analytical and research skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager at GoTo Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group’s transfer pricing strategy and documentation processes. You will work closely with the Transfer Pricing Manager to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, while enhancing the efficiency and consistency of intercompany policies. Your work will directly contribute to shaping a robust, scalable transfer pricing function that supports the complexity of our global operations.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO



      • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business operations, including cost centers and key operational workflows.

      • Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing strategies to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
      • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to provide data-driven recommendations for intercompany policy and pricing structures.
      • Prepare and maintain benchmarking studies and transfer pricing analysis memos to support arm’s length positions.
      • Assist in the periodic update of benchmarking reports in response to regulatory changes or business developments.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data.
      • Contribute independently and as part of a team to key projects, while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
