Job Description We are in an exciting and transformative phase, strengthening our organizational structure with new functions at our headquarters. We are currently looking for a Transfer Price Manager, reporting to our Corporate Tax Manager, to establish a global system with all the necessary tools. This role involves: Transforming the group transfer price function into an operational value-flow based approach. Collaborating with the Corporate Tax Manager to envision and deploy a new operating model for transfer pricing across the group. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures. Conduct transfer pricing analysis and documentation. Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations. Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing matters to senior management. Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities. Monitor and manage transfer pricing risks. Qualifications Minimum of five years of professional experience in transfer pricing. Experience in setting up or managing structural change projects is an advantage. Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Hands-on, can-do attitude combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.
