WHAT YOU€™LL NEED

• 7 + years transfer pricing experience including time spent with a top professional services firm
• Experience with transfer pricing implementation and operations
• Experience of transfer pricing rules in multiple jurisdictions ideally including U.S, EMEA and APAC
• Previous in-house experience is preferable, however not essential
• Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communications
• Ability to communicate complex tax technical concepts to non-tax business teams to successfully implement initiatives
• Experience working with numbers and data and synthesizing large amounts of data for transfer pricing purposes

YOUR ROLE

The Senior Transfer Pricing Manager will work on supporting all aspects of transfer pricing for the group as it continues to grow its international operations. This is a new role within the global tax team and represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU€™LL DO

• Working closely with the wider Group Tax team and senior management to establish, update, improve and maintain Group transfer pricing policies, procedures and operations.
• Playing a leading role in Pillar 2 ensuring transfer pricing data is available to support Pillar 2, leading the operational set up of Pillar 2 and ensuring continued Pillar 2 compliance.
• Managing implementation of new transfer pricing arrangements and monitoring the ongoing implementation of existing arrangements.
• Leading compliance with additional public reporting requirements as they emerge (Public CbcR etc)
• Working with the wider Group Tax team, third-party advisors and local finance teams to update and maintain Group transfer pricing documentation.
• Supporting the wider Group Tax team to ensure that all CbCR requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Supporting with the Group’s quarterly and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Keeping appraised of global transfer pricing developments and their impact on the Group’s structure, including OECD and country specific developments.
• Influence and collaborate with key cross-functional partners and leadership in Accounting, Finance, Legal and Business teams
