ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Group Transfer Pricing team, reporting to the Group Transfer Pricing Manager.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or a related field, and who has a keen interest in transfer pricing. Kerry operates a hybrid working policy, offering flexibility and collaboration.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

We know that people come from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences. What matters most is your ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively. To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • A university degree in Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or a related field
  • Experience in tax or a related area—prior exposure to transfer pricing is a plus
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex material clearly
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing projects to deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with databases like Orbis, ktMine, or S&P Capital IQ is a bonus

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, your day will be varied and engaging. You will be involved in a range of responsibilities that support the Group’s global transfer pricing compliance and strategy.

  • You might start your morning by collecting, checking, and analysing data on intercompany transactions—both qualitative and quantitative. Then, you could be preparing for a functional interview with one of our global teams, drafting an agenda and later summarising key insights.
  • Your afternoon might involve updating benchmarking studies to ensure our intercompany transactions meet arm’s length standards, or refreshing Transfer Pricing Documentation for various Group entities around the world. You will also keep an eye on industry trends across different jurisdictions and assess how they might impact our approach.
  • You will regularly liaise with external service providers, reviewing and refining transfer pricing reports, benchmarks, and other deliverables. When tax audits arise, you’ll help draft responses to queries from tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Throughout the week, you will monitor compliance with our Group transfer pricing policies, ensuring everything aligns with the arm’s length principle. You’ll also stay on top of developments from the OECD’s BEPS action plan and help assess how these changes affect the Group.
  • And if you enjoy shaping the future, you will love contributing to the design and rollout of new transfer pricing projects
