Discover what we do and how you can fit into our team   Key Responsibilities: * Transfer booking and validation, overlooking instructions at every stage of the lifecycle and taking actions accordingly * Contract Note Management, making sure transfers are settled in a timely manner, chasing missing contract notes from the Transfer Agents * Reconciliation Support – investigating and solving breaks linked to Transfer Team * Client, Counterparty and TA communication - responding to queries from clients, TAs, and internal teams regarding transfer status and booking issues, monitoring and addressing complaints from clients or counterparties * Close coordination with internal GFX teams and external Transfer Agents to ensure smooth operational workflows What You Bring to the Role: * Experience in a similar position, ideally within financial services or a related field * Adaptability and the ability to navigate diverse situations with ease * Dependable, flexible, and proactive approach to work * Positive mindset and a collaborative team spirit * Good presentation and communication skills * Well-developed organizational and time management abilities * Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously * Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * A university degree in Financial Services or a related discipline is preferred   Why join us  Embark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
