TRANSFERS/HOLDS ASSOCIATE JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Transfers Team serves our customers who pick up merchandise from warehouses outside their home location. This position reports to the Transfers or Removal Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software * Pull product off the shelves * Put product on the appropriate place on the shelves * Move pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow * Keep area clean * Other tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager * Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift * Must be able to follow written directions and company policies * Must be tech-savvy * Must be highly organized * Must be detail-oriented * Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent * Must be customer-focused BENEFITS: * Healthcare after 60 days of employment * Weekly paychecks * Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment * 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment * Employee Referral Program * 5 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace. Responsibilities

The primary duties involve transferring product in and out of inventory using scanners and proprietary software, as well as physically pulling and shelving merchandise. Associates must also maintain safe warehouse flow by moving pallet jacks and keeping the work area clean.
