REQUIREMENTS

  • Take full ownership of making our processes the very best of any European fintech.
  • This includes but is not limited to: (1) drive forward KPI reporting and monitoring across the teams to deliver growth and efficiency and (2) identify process gaps and work with the team to close them.
  • Drive operational efficiencies while improving quality of work and ensuring our processes and policies live up to increasing degrees of compliance.
  • Identify automation and other improvement opportunities to further develop the process for delivering rapid financing to merchants.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Some experience or internships in project management, preferably from fast-paced environments such as consulting firms, start-ups, or scale-ups is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and support change management processes.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning data manipulation tools like SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative to get things done.

Responsibilities:

You will be working as an integral part of the Transformation team to increase business intelligence through use of data to drive growth. The role will be project focused, taking on strategic development initiatives, leading them through to successful execution.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; as well as excellent people skills to communicate changes. In addition, it is expected that the candidate can work independently and proactively. This role will be targeted at improving the outcome, processes, and efficiencies across different functions in YouLend. In doing so, you will work alongside stakeholders across the business, from Credit Decisions and Operations through to our Product and Technology team.
