Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What youll actually do
- Take our core services and processes apart, work out what good looks like, and rebuild
them to be faster, cleaner and largely self-running
- Automate end to end wherever it makes sense, from vendor onboarding through to
payment, license and AMC reconciliation, consumption and cost analysis, offshore center
reporting, resource and asset tracking
- Bring AI into the operation properly, so the team works with it every day rather than around
it
- Sit with the people doing the work, understand the real process (not the one in the
document), and design something better with them
- Prove the value in hard numbers hours saved, errors removed, cost taken out
- Set the standard for how we build automation here so it scales and doesn't fall over the
moment you look away
The hands-on skills we need
This is a build role. You need genuine, hands-on experience with the tools, not a passing
familiarity from a course. We are a Microsoft house, so
- Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, built and shipped real automations
- Copilot and Copilot Studio building copilots and agents, not just using them
- The wider Power Platform Power Apps and Power BI
- Microsoft Azure
- Data structure and data modelling you understand how the data underneath actually fits
together
- Process mapping and re-engineering you can take a messy real-world process and
redesign it
Nice to have SharePoint and Dataverse, plus any non-Microsoft RPA experience.
What will help you land it
- Understanding of finance, recruitment, and asset and vendor management processes and
principles. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but knowing how this kind of work
really flows will make you far more effective here
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), or specific automation platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation and automation projects within a specific industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
