The primary purpose of this role is to work with each of Allianz business units to identify and lead process optimisation opportunities that result in measurable positive outcomes for customer, efficiency and financials results whilst driving a capability uplift strategy within the business unit’s continuous improvements teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting assessments of current operations, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement to deliver significant value to the organization. This is done by utilizing continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements and process flows, identify problem and opportunity statements, and analyze data and workflows to uncover root causes. This helps in developing targeted solutions that address both immediate and long-term challenges.
  • Using process mining or other diagnostic tools to transform and analyze complex data sets. This supports the identification of areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement within business operations.
  • Planning, developing, monitoring, and reporting on business cases, process mining projects, and additional initiatives across the organization, ensuring that these efforts are aligned with broader goals.
  • Driving the implementation, governance, training, support, and monitoring of process mining across the organization. This helps teams gain deep insights into their business processes, using data-driven analysis to uncover, optimize, and continuously improve operations.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and driving capability uplift across the organization on continuous improvement methodologies and techniques. This is achieved through training, coaching, and providing support to both teams and individuals.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies to continually improve processes and recommend innovative solutions that contribute to the organization’s long-term growth and success.
