The Transformation Delivery Coordinator (TDC) manages the intake, assessment, and routing of all requests to the Transformation Team. The role works closely with the Project Manager to evaluate business requests, coordinate vendor activities, track delivery progress, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining the intake backlog and service levels, tracking vendor contracts and financials, and supporting reconciliation and payment processes with Finance. Works with Transformation Team portfolio across core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, and operational change Intake & Triage Manage the central intake channels using (email, Redmine ticketing system) to ensure requests are complete and well‑ Classify, prioritise, and assign tickets based on scope, urgency, risk, and capacity. Maintain the backlog, SLAs/OLAs, and queues across analysis, build, testing, and release phases. Maintain utilisation and capacity views across BA, QA, Development, and vendor resources. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Act as the primary liaison between requestors, the Transformation Team, ICT, and vendors. Track vendor deliverables against SOWs/POs, including risks, issues, and change requests. Support stand‑ups, triage sessions, and status meetings; document and publish actions and decisions. Coordinate change windows and release calendars with ICT, Business and Operations. Partner with the Project Manager and Business Analysts to plan sprints/waves, define acceptance criteria, and manage dependencies. Financial Tracking & Controls Maintain a register of vendor POs, SOWs, rates, and financial caps. Tracks spend, accruals, and deliverable acceptance; reconcile timesheets and invoices. Assist with payment memos, month‑end accruals, forecasting, and variance reporting. Reporting & Governance Update dashboards and registers, including backlogs, RAIDs, decisions, actions, and changes. Produce weekly portfolio reports covering throughput, cycle time, SLA performance, and aged items. Ensure artefacts meet audit and control standards, including approvals, traceability, and segregation of duties. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks across intake‑to‑release and recommend improvements. Qualifications and Experience 4+ years in project coordination, PMO, service desk, or traffic management within banking/financial services or technology. Practical experience with ticketing/ALM tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps etc) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint). Exposure to vendor management, SOW/PO processes, and invoice management. Experience supporting technology or transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
