We’re looking for a Transformation Delivery Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Based in North Sydney, this role is central to ensuring our enterprise-wide programmes and projects are delivered with excellence, aligning with our strategic goals and delivering tangible value to the business. About the role As our Transformation Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful execution of business-critical transformation projects, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to delivery and reporting, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking. You’ll also play a key role in embedding SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices within the business, driving adoption through training, coaching, and leadership. Key Responsibilities: In this role you’ll lead the enterprise-wide transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving value across the organisation. You will drive delivery excellence through: Managing large-scale projects, teams, budgets, and timelines Partnering with senior leaders to define requirements and ensure alignment Overseeing governance forums and reporting progress to stakeholders Embedding SAFe and agile practices across the organisation Building internal delivery capability (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, PMO) Managing vendors and ensuring quality assurance Using data-driven insights for decision-making and performance reporting Delivering SAFe training and ongoing coaching About you You’re an experienced delivery leader with strong program management skills and deep knowledge of agile frameworks, especially SAFe. You bring: Proven success delivering complex transformation initiatives Expertise in SAFe principles and implementation Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proficiency in risk management, governance, and quality assurance Relevant degree and certifications (PMP, CSM; SPC desirable) Experience as Release Train Engineer or similar highly regarded About us At GWA, we're not just a company, we're a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
