Transformation Lead
Where will you work: This position is based at Mosaic’s North American Business Headquarters located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL.

Mosaic is seeking a Transformation Lead to support our North American operations by identifying opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a talent for influencing and mentoring others.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with workstream members to identify and capture opportunities for transformation
  • Prioritize and execute improvement initiatives aligned with key business objectives
  • Engage with workstreams to optimize overall North American transformation efforts
  • Assist in managing the workstream’s project portfolio, including status reporting and benefit tracking
  • Serve as a change leader by removing barriers and managing risks to ensure milestone completion
  • Apply change management processes, practices, and methodologies consistently
  • Conduct formal assessments and informal visits to share best practices and incorporate key learnings
  • Act as a liaison between workstreams and monitor dependencies across interrelated projects
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their ability to implement transformation initiatives effectively

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Experience analyzing trends, drawing conclusions, and influencing data-driven decisions
  • Prior experience leading change or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively and use fact-based arguments to influence change across all levels
  • Drive accountability and consensus to support strategic priorities
  • Understand problem-solving techniques, plant processes, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate discussions and identify root causes of operational challenges
  • Manage multiple projects independently and motivate diverse teams
  • Adapt to autonomous environments and perform at a high level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • Experience working in an industrial setting
  • Formal training in Change Management or Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SCRUM)
  • Familiarity with plant operations software (PI, OIS, MOIS) and statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
