The Key Purpose of this role is to transform business operations through S/4HANA and data-driven process transformation — delivering scalable, efficient solutions that drive standardization, automation, and business value across the Africa Zone. As Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible: Ensure alignment of business and system processes across Africa Zone ERP landscape Maintain SAP S/4HANA stability and lead functional workstreams for future rollouts Act as key liaison between Zone Business Functions, In-Country Teams, and third-party providers Key Roles and Responsibilities: Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across all ERP systems Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals Manage prioritization, risks, and stakeholder communication Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs Support training material development Key Attributes and Competencies: Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement Strong business-process and functional solutioning Ability to simplify complex problems Critical thinking & problem-solving Understanding of Minimum Internal Control Standards (beneficial) Minimum Requirements: 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (Beverages preferred) SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge Experience with Agile/DevOps methods (advantageous) Additional Information: Band: VI SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
